Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Land Acquisition role based in Bengaluru. The Land Acquisition professional will identify and evaluate potential land parcels in North Bangalore and nearby areas, leveraging market research and developer requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting preliminary site visits, coordinating due diligence activities, assessing land development potential, and preparing comparative analysis reports for internal stakeholders. The role involves engaging with landowners, local authorities, and developers to negotiate and structure acquisition proposals aligned with company and client objectives. The professional will also collaborate closely with the advisory and sales teams to ensure that acquired land supports premium residential projects and long-term strategic growth.
