looking for an experienced In-House Legal Counsel to safeguard our business, enable growth,

and provide pragmatic legal guidance across the organization.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a commercially minded In-House Legal Counsel who thrives in a fast-paced

startup environment. This role goes beyond reviewing contracts; it requires someone who can

anticipate legal risks, simplify complex legal challenges, and partner with business teams to

enable faster, compliant decision-making.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and





managing commercial contracts while proactively identifying legal complications and providing

practical business solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Contracts

Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
Customer and Enterprise Agreements
Vendor & Procurement Contracts
Partnership & Channel Agreements
Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Statements of Work (SOWs)
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Employment and Consultant Agreements
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
Ensure contractual terms align with business objectives while protecting the organization's legal interests.
Create standardized contract templates and playbooks to improve turnaround time.

Legal Advisory

Act as a trusted legal advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice on day-to-day business operations.
Assess legal implications of new products, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
