Role Summary
We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Manager for Channel Sales to spearhead the distribution and channel network for our Solar PV Modules and specialized PM Surya Ghar Residential Rooftop Kits. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian solar market, a proven track record in building and scaling dealer/distributor networks, and comprehensive knowledge of government subsidy schemes (MNRE, State Nodal Agencies).
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Strategy & Network Expansion
Identify, onboard, and manage a robust network of distributors,



dealers, and EPC contractors across targeted regions.
Develop and execute scalable channel sales strategies to increase market penetration for HVR Solar PV Modules.
Evaluate partner performance continuously and implement corrective measures to ensure regional sales targets are met or exceeded.
2. PM Surya Ghar Residential Kits Promotion
Drive the sales of residential rooftop solar kits specifically designed for the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
Educate and train channel partners on the scheme's technical requirements, subsidy mechanics, and empanelment processes on the National Portal.
3. Revenue & Target Achievement
Take ownership of the regional/national channel sales quota, ensuring consistent monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and credit frameworks with channel partners in alignment with company policies.
