Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Beauty Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Beauty Consultant will welcome and engage customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations on skincare, bath and body, and wellness products. Responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, demonstrating proper usage,



and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Kimirica’s vegan, cruelty-free formulations. The role involves achieving retail sales targets, handling billing and POS transactions, and ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. The Beauty Consultant will also manage customer queries and feedback, support promotional events, and uphold brand standards for service and presentation.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Solid product knowledge of skincare, bath and body, and wellness ranges, with an understanding of vegan and cruelty-free formulations.
Proven customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Experience in retail sales, including meeting sales targets, cross-selling, and upselling in a store environment.
