Role Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Engineering Consultant / Performance Architect who can define performance strategy, review architecture, drive scalability, and ensure systems are designed to meet performance and capacity requirements from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

Define and establish Performance Engineering strategies, frameworks, standards, and best practices
Review application and system architecture from a performance, scalability, latency, throughput, and reliability perspective
Provide recommendations to address architectural and performance risks early in the development lifecycle
Drive capacity planning and infrastructure sizing for expected, peak, and future workloads
Develop performance models and workload models to predict system behavior under different load conditions
Partner with Architects, Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, Operations, and Business teams
Identify application, database, API, infrastructure, and cloud performance bottlenecks
