Role Description
The MEP Project Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across warehouse and retail infrastructure projects. This role oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, ensuring MEP activities align with design specifications,



safety requirements, and quality standards. The MEP Project Manager coordinates with internal design and engineering teams, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to manage submittals, approvals, and material procurement. Daily activities include monitoring site progress, resolving technical issues, conducting inspections, preparing status reports, and ensuring timely project completion in line with client expectations. The role also involves risk management, adherence to regulatory and compliance norms, and continuous communication with stakeholders to maintain project transparency.
Qualifications
Strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) expertise, including practical experience in plumbing systems and integrated building services.
Proficiency in project management, including planning, scheduling, coordination of submittals, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
