Role Description The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service, high food quality, and excellent guest experiences. This full time, on-site role in Mumbai includes supervising staff, managing shift schedules, supporting hiring and training, and monitoring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The manager will handle customer feedback, resolve service issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen and service teams,



managing inventory and ordering, tracking sales and costs, and implementing promotional activities in line with business objectives.
Qualifications

Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle guest feedback professionally.
Experience in Hiring and team supervision, including training and performance guidance.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff, guests, and vendors.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, quality control, and hygiene standards.
Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accountability for results.
Understanding of basic budgeting, POS systems, and inventory management is an advantage.
