Role Description The Manager of Sales is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai,



responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for Miven Mayfran’s conveyor and material handling solutions. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and closing orders with industrial and manufacturing clients. The Manager of Sales will develop and execute regional sales plans, build strong relationships with key accounts, and coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure successful project delivery. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, tracking sales performance, forecasting, preparing reports for leadership, and representing the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. The role also includes mentoring sales team members, ensuring adherence to company policies, and contributing to long-term sales strategies in line with organizational goals.
