Role Description The Billing Analyst – Night Shift is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes, including generating invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring accuracy and timely completion of daily billing activities. The Billing Analyst will monitor billing systems, reconcile discrepancies,
and collaborate with finance and operations teams to resolve issues. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing billing trends, preparing reports, supporting month-end closing activities, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders to clarify billing queries and contributing to process improvements for greater efficiency.
