Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
Maintain candidate pipelines and proactively engage with potential candidates to build relationships for future opportunities.
