Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end hiring for open roles from sourcing to onboarding

 Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive timely closures.

 Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and consultants.

 Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

 End-to-end recruitment and sourcing expertise, initial screening, interview coordination and offer management.

 Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and talent pipelines.

 Coordinate background verification and pre-joining documentation.

 Support employer branding and campus/referral hiring initiatives.

 Manage end-to-end payroll including salary calculations, deductions,

reimbursements, and final settlements

 Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, TDS, LWF) with timely filings and audits

 Handle payroll reconciliation, reports, and audit documentation

 Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems





 Oversee onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and compliance checks

 Manage HR operations including employee database, letters, and HRMS updates

 Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs, validations, and disbursement

 Handle vendor coordination for payroll/HR-related services and process payments

 Support performance management cycles (KRA/KPI tracking, appraisals)

 Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws

 Address employee queries related to payroll, policies, and HR operations
