Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and converting leads for Adyapan’s training and certification programs through calls, emails, and online meetings.



The specialist will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, explain program offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing and updating the sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and achieving set sales targets. The role also involves providing accurate information, handling queries and concerns, and ensuring a professional and positive experience for every prospective learner.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting enrollment or revenue targets.
Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
