Role Description The Mixing Mastering Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the audio production team in delivering polished, professional-sounding tracks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with mixing and mastering sessions, organizing and preparing project files, applying basic audio processing (EQ, compression, limiting, and effects), and performing quality checks on final mixes. The intern may help with sound design tasks,



maintain session templates and project documentation, and collaborate with producers, engineers, and artists to ensure creative and technical requirements are met. The role also involves learning and applying studio best practices, staying current with industry trends, and contributing ideas to improve workflow and sound quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in audio mixing and mastering, including use of EQ, compression, limiting, and effects within a DAW.
Candidates should possess skills in working with digital audio workstations (such as Ableton, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Pro Tools, or similar) and managing multitrack sessions efficiently.
Candidates should possess basic sound design and audio editing skills, including cutting, fading, noise reduction, and arrangement of audio clips.
