Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-academic staff, administrative positions, student affairs, and operational roles.
Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize job portals, professional networks, and targeted diversity recruitment channels to source qualified candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct preliminary phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, competencies, and university values.
Faculty Recruitment Support:



Assist academic departments and search committees with advertising faculty positions, coordinating interview schedules, and managing candidate travel/logistics.
Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all hiring practices comply with university policies, employment laws, and equal chance/diversity guidelines.
Candidate Experience: Provide a welcoming, transparent, and professional experience for all applicants to enhance the university's employer brand.
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and diversity statistics.
