We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Project Coordinator with strong editorial/captioning skills to join our agile team. This role will be responsible for coordinating multiple captioning projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate will also contribute directly to captioning projects, leveraging their editorial expertise. This position requires specific availability during the following hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Wednesday to Friday, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee multiple captioning projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client requirements and quality standards.
Captioning/Editorial Contribution: Actively participate in captioning projects, utilizing editorial skills to ensure accuracy, style consistency, and high-quality output.
Resource Allocation and Projections: Coordinate with captioners, editors, and QA personnel,



allocating resources effectively and providing regular capacity projections.
Asset Management: Manage client assets, lead parsing efforts, and organize subtitle-related resources within our asset management system, laying the foundation for archiving.
Workflow Optimization: Streamline project coordination workflows to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and managing expectations.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to guarantee deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation and generate regular reports on project status and KPIs.
