Role Description The Manager Finance – Real Estate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, with a primary focus on the premium development near Nandi Hills, Devanahalli. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes managing project cost controls, cash flows, and financial compliance, as well as coordinating with internal project teams, external partners, and lenders.



The manager will review and analyze financial data, prepare MIS reports, support investment and funding decisions, and ensure adherence to regulatory and tax requirements. The position also involves strategic discussions on pricing and profitability.
Qualifications
Experience in real estate Finance working.
Robust skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for real estate projects.
Experience in project costing, cost control, and financial analysis related to construction or real estate development.
Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting (MIS, dashboards, and variance analysis).
Ability to work with lenders, investors, and external partners, including experience in funding, due diligence, and financial documentation.
Proficiency with Excel and financial/ERP software, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
