Role Description The Nursing Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing services to ensure secure, high-quality patient care. The role includes overseeing daily ward operations, allocating staff,



monitoring adherence to clinical protocols, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The Nursing Incharge will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, support critical care interventions, and ensure timely administration of medicines and treatments. This role also involves mentoring and guiding nursing staff, facilitating training, maintaining infection control standards, and promoting a patient-centered, compassionate care environment. The Nursing Incharge will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Nursing Management skills, including staff supervision, shift planning, and coordination of nursing services.
