Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR activities for the organization, ensuring smooth and compliant people operations. This full-time role is on-site and based in New Delhi. Key responsibilities include administering HR policies and procedures, supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records,



and coordinating performance management processes. The specialist will handle employee benefits administration, assist with payroll inputs, and respond to employee queries in a timely, qualified manner. The role also involves partnering with management to address personnel matters and workforce planning needs.
Qualifications
Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in end-to-end HR operations.
Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including coordination with vendors and accurate documentation.
Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining records, managing employee life cycle processes, and supporting performance reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
