Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards.
Create automated and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights.
Validate, test, and optimize dashboards and report solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements.
Support ongoing analytics initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills




5 to 7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
Solid proficiency in SQL.
Experience developing dashboards, KPI reports, and data visualizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, or Digital Commerce.
Exposure to data modeling, ETL, and reporting automation.
Experience with Excel-based reporting and executive presentations.
Understanding of Agile delivery environments.
