Summary
The Implementation Specialist within the Customer Implementation Services (CIS) team is responsible for delivering implementation services and testing support for technical configurations and interfaces across core and auxiliary payment processing systems. This customer-facing role partners with international financial institutions, transaction processors, and service providers to ensure successful implementation of products and services while maintaining quality, reliability, and compliance with established processing standards. The position requires robust payment processing knowledge, technical testing expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customer and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and/or customer representatives throughout implementation and testing activities.
Manage customer implementation and test execution while ensuring a positive customer experience.




Follow established implementation processes and guidelines to deliver products and services accurately and efficiently.
Generate required documentation to formalize production setup activities with technical and operational teams.
Ensure customer processing interfaces align with global product rules, specifications, and compliance requirements.
Define, create, maintain, and document both standard and non-standard customer testing processes.
Lead technical testing activities focused on customer processing interfaces and system integrations.
Support implementation projects by coordinating activities across internal and external stakeholders.
Validate the quality, reliability, and readiness of configurations prior to production deployment.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve issues identified during implementation and testing.
Assist customers through complex implementation scenarios and provide guidance on testing requirements.
