Role Description The Sales Executive role at Dwelling is a full time, on-site position based in Hennur, Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective clients interested in luxury residential properties and investment-focused real estate opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property consultations, managing site visits, presenting premium and exclusive inventory,



and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. The role also involves building long-term relationships with HNIs and NRIs, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless, white-glove advisory experience. The Sales Executive will track sales performance, stay updated on market trends, and represent Dwelling’s brand with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Strong consultative sales skills, with experience in real estate, luxury goods, financial services, or other high-value advisory domains.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage discerning clients and stakeholders.
Proven ability in relationship management, client servicing, and negotiation, including end-to-end deal closure.
Comfort with using CRM tools, digital communication platforms, and basic data analysis for pipeline and performance tracking.
