Role Description The Event Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role primary objective is to create presentations as per the brief and also work along with team for the execution of the project and events. This role requires knowledge on production to create cost sheets for clients and oversees end-to-end event operations, including planning, scheduling, logistics coordination,



vendor management, and on-ground execution for corporate events, conferences, and large-format conventions. The Event Operations Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand requirements, create detailed operations plans, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Daily tasks include managing budgets and resource allocation, monitoring timelines, supervising event setup and teardown, resolving operational issues, and ensuring safety and compliance standards. The role also involves maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, preparing post-event reports, and continuously improving processes for future events.
Qualifications
