About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in a fast-paced Business Consulting environment. The HRBP will drive people strategy, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
Drive talent management, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance issues, career development, and HR policies.
Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce requirements and hiring plans.
Support organizational change, restructuring, and other people initiatives.
Analyze people metrics and provide insights to business leaders to support decision-making.




Collaborate with COEs and HR Operations to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs.
Build a strong employee experience and promote a high-performance culture.

Requirements
8–13years of HR experience, with solid HRBP experience.
Prior experience supporting Business Consulting, Professional Services, Consulting, or similar client-facing environments preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Experience managing employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational change.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
