Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Intern role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team by engaging with prospective learners, explaining course offerings, and answering queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up to convert inquiries into enrollments. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to improve outreach campaigns,



collecting feedback from learners, and contributing ideas to enhance the sales process. Interns will receive guidance and training to develop qualified communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills in an edtech environment.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to explain complex information clearly to prospective learners.
Basic sales aptitude, including interest in lead generation, customer outreach, and relationship building.
Comfort with using digital tools and platforms such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and communication applications.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when documenting interactions and tracking follow-ups.
