Provide defined services to the internal customers with best quality in most efficient way.
As a Team Lead, Supplier Master Data, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of specialists and managing the customer master data governance within the organization. You will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of customer data across various systems and platforms.
Your responsibilities
- Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of customer master data specialists. Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Data Maintenance and Governance: Oversee the maintenance and governance of customer data records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Data Quality Assurance: Establish quality control processes to perform data audits, validations, and cleansing activities. Identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors.
- Data Integration and Synchronization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of customer data across various systems and platforms.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement related to customer master data management. Implement productive workflows, automation, and best practices to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
