Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Broking – Client Servicing / Operations

skilled to manage key client relationships, ensure smooth policy servicing and drive

effective claims management.





The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate insurance broking,

particularly in managing SME/MSME and mid-market clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end servicing for assigned corporate/SME/MSME clients.

● Act as the key relationship manager and primary point of contact for clients.

● Handle policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, documentation and client queries.

● Coordinate with insurers for quotations, endorsements, policy issuance and corrections.

● Manage and monitor claims from intimation to settlement, ensuring timely resolution.

● Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, surveyors and internal teams for claims resolution.

● Track claim status, escalations and pending documentation.

● Conduct regular client reviews and identify service gaps.

● Ensure accurate CRM, policy and claims records.

● Work closely with Sales/Business Developm
