Role: Sales Specialist

Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagement
* Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups
* Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations
* Sales Target Achievement
* Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
* Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales
Sales-Driven Mindset
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops
Passion for sales and business development
* Experience in medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2B sales is an advantage
