Operational Strategic service activities:
- Monitoring of KPIs from Sales Force
- Escalation monitoring and report
- Monitoring of Service PL and deep dive analysis
- Country Service Business deep dive analysis
- Generation of weekly and monthly dashboard for business and operational purposes.
- Continuous improvement:
- Carry out permanent and sustainable actions to improve all processes within its area of responsibility, by eliminating dysfunctions and non-value-added tasks;
- Suggest improvements to the processes in which he/she or his/her teams participate.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in economy or business minimum
- Experience of CRMs and ERP, especially Sales force
SKILLED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- English level: Bilingual
- Interpersonal skills and good communication;
- Professional appearance
- Positive attitude;
- Ability to work under pressure in changing environments;
- Familiair with Sales Force CRM, ERP and excelent usage of Power BI
