Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (Prostho)

* Collaborate with the Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to oversee the

/n

* design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses.

/n

* Provide technical guidance and training to dental technicians to enhance skills, improve

/n

* techniques, and maintain production efficiency.

/n

* Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to ensure adherence to clinical

/n

* accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards.

/n

* Liaise with international clients to understand their requirements, provide technical

/n

* support, and ensure timely delivery of products.

/n

* Assist in product development and process improvement to meet evolving dental

/n

* technology trends.

/n

* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or production-related challenges in collaboration

/n

* with the manufacturing team.

/n





* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company quality protocols.

/n

* Document and maintain detailed records of processes, feedback, and improvements for

/n

* ongoing quality enhancement.

/n

* Preparing and Implementing of new SOP

/n

* MDS in Prosthodontics.

/n

* Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience

/n

* Strong technical expertise in Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge prostheses.

/n

* Excellent training, communication, and interpersonal skills.

/n

* Ability to interact with international clients professionally and effectively.

/n

* Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and organizational skills.

/n

* Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and modern dental manufacturing technology is an advantage.
