We are looking for a senior finance skilled who is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience to lead and manage our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading finance teams , driving financial strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business growth. Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry or a similar service-based organisation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous development.
/n
- Oversee the company's entire finance and accounting function.
/n
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
/n
- Ensure compliance with GST,



Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and all other statutory and regulatory requirements.
/n
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory inspections.
/n
- Drive budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
/n
- Provide strategic financial insights and business recommendations to senior management.
/n
- Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes.
/n
- Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and working capital requirements.
/n
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll accounting, and fixed asset management.
/n
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
/n
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of financial records.
/n
- Support commercial operations through financial analysis, costing, pricing, and profitability assessments
