Hiring: Regional Sales Head

Location: Maharashtra or Karnataka

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales General Manager from the Alcohol Beverage Industry to lead and expand our sales operations across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and market expansion across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
Manage and mentor Sales Managers and Sales Teams
Monitor sales performance, targets, and market activities
Provide weekly sales updates and reports to management
Develop distributor and channel relationships
Lead current market launches and brand-building initiatives
Extensive travel across assigned territories and other states as required

Mandatory Requirements:
✔ Experience in the Alcohol Beverage Industry
✔ Strong knowledge of products such as Rum, Whisky, Gin, Vodka, and Beer
✔ Experience managing regional or multi-state sales teams
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔ Willingness to travel extensively

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
