About the Role

Vishram International Services (VIS) is seeking an experienced Study Abroad Manager to lead and grow our Ahmedabad branch. This role requires a solid leader with proven expertise in overseas education counseling, international admissions, student visa processing, business development, team management, and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations, team performance, and business growth.
- Provide expert counseling for Study Abroad programs in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, and other destinations.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and referral partners.
- Drive student recruitment through seminars, events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage enrollment targets, conversion ratios, and branch revenue performance.
- Recruit, train,



and mentor education counselors and support staff.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Overseas Education Consulting.
- 4+ years of leadership experience as, Team Leader, Senior Counselor, or Study Abroad Advisor.
- Strong knowledge of international admissions and student visa processes.
- Proven track record of achieving enrollment and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and leadership skills.
- Gujarati language proficiency is preferred, Exceptional skills in English.
