-This role provides Layer One support and plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing both broadcast and IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
Broadcast Automation Management: Oversee and support automation systems, leveraging hands-on experience with ADC Automation, D-Series Automation, VIZRT graphics, and video servers from Harmonic, Imagine, and Grass Valley. Manage media workflows using DIVA Archive System and IBM Tape Library.

Network Configuration & Support: Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Dell and Cisco switches, utilizing technologies such as VLT, VPC, Port Channels, and VLANs to ensure high network availability and performance.
- Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Design robust LAN, WLAN, and WAN architectures to support seamless broadcast-IT integration, ensuring resilience and scalability.
- Device Installation & Configuration: Set up routers, firewalls, and WiFi systems, ensuring optimal connectivity and security.
- Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting:



Proactively monitor systems, resolve network and broadcast issues, and support both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed documentation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Upgrade Recommendations: Propose infrastructure enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and security.
- Technical Liaison: Act as a key communicator between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring operational needs are met efficiently.
