Position

Job Title: Site Civil EngineerDepartment: Construction/EngineeringReports To: Project Manager or Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Study and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Monitor execution of civil works such as excavation, concreting, masonry, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Check measurements and prepare work progress reports.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Assist in quantity estimation and billing activities.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients when required.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1-5 years of experience in construction projects (experience requirements may vary).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- MS Project (preferred)
- Quantity estimation and billing software (preferred)

Required Skills:
- Robust technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
