Key Responsibilities
- Edit Short & Long-Form Video Content: Produce high-retention short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and corporate/explainer videos for clients across various industries.
- Audio Enhancement: Mix audio tracks, select appropriate background music, and incorporate clean sound effects (SFX) to match the energy of the visuals.
- Create Ad Creatives: Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to edit high-converting ad variations for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with fast-changing social media trends, viral audio tracks, and formatting styles to ensure content stays relevant.
- Asset Management: Organize raw files, project templates, and final exports systematically to ensure smooth team workflows.

For Freshers:
- A solid portfolio or showreel showcasing personal projects, conceptual edits, or sample work.




- Solid fundamental command over editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut / DaVinci Resolve.
- A keen understanding of social media platforms, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Eagerness to take feedback, learn agency workflows, and adapt quickly.
- Proven track record working with an agency, media house, or as a high-volume freelance editor.
- Advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects (motion graphics, seamless transitions, text animations).
- Deep understanding of retention editing principles (how to structure a "hook" in the first 3 seconds).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
