Artist Onboarding Specialist - Internship

Role Overview: We are looking for an Artist Onboarding Specialist with prior experience in artist/creator onboarding, particularly in identifying and onboarding travel creators and lifestyle creators.

The role is primarily focused on expanding and strengthening the talent roster by identifying relevant creators, building relationships, and successfully bringing them on board. Key Responsibilities:Identify and source potential artists, influencers, travel creators, lifestyle creators, and other relevant talent for onboarding.

Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective creators across different categories. Research and evaluate creators based on their content, audience, engagement, positioning, growth potential, and commercial value.

Reach out to prospective creators and effectively pitch talent representation and onboarding opportunities.





Build strong and long-term relationships with creators and understand their career and commercial requirements.

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including discussions, negotiations, documentation, and closure. Continuously track emerging creators and talent trends to identify high-potential artists for the roster.

Maintain updated creator profiles, databases, and onboarding records.

Develop a strong understanding of brands, their categories, target audiences, positioning, and campaign requirements.

Identify relevant brand categories and opportunities that align with the talent roster. Maintain awareness of the influencer marketing and talent management landscape. Requirements: 2+ years of prior experience in artist/creator onboarding or talent acquisition.

Prior experience specifically in onboarding travel creators will be strongly preferred. Experience working with influencers, artists, creators, talent managers, or talent agencies is preferred.
