Job Summary

La Nature Hotels & Resorts is hiring an HR Executive to manage recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, staff documentation, grooming standards, training records, and daily HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment for hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B; Service, Kitchen, Security, Store, and Admin.
- Post job openings on job portals, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and local hiring networks.
- Complete joining formalities and maintain employee files.
- Collect and verify Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, photographs, address proof, and experience documents.
- Monitor daily staff attendance, late coming, absenteeism, weekly offs, leaves, and overtime.
- Coordinate monthly attendance and payroll data with management.
- Maintain leave records, probation records, warning letters, resignations, and exit files.
- Ensure staff follows grooming standards, uniform policy, hygiene rules,



and code of conduct.
- Coordinate staff training for guest handling, grooming, telephone etiquette, WhatsApp communication, SOPs, and service standards.
- Support management in maintaining discipline, professionalism, and staff accountability.
- Handle staff concerns related to duty timing, leaves, uniforms, meals, accommodation, and internal coordination.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, notices, letters, and internal communication.
- Coordinate exit formalities, uniform collection, and full-and-final attendance details.

Required Skills:
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage staff firmly and professionally.
- Good documentation and record-keeping ability.
- Punctual, disciplined, organized, and trustworthy.
