Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain AI course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, projects, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students on how AI skills can support their growth opportunities or transition.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle objections related to fees, course duration, career outcomes, and competition.
- Convert qualified leads into successful course enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Stay updated about AI industry trends and the courses being offered.

- Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable communicating with students, working professionals, and career seekers.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Engineering:
- B.Tech in Information Technology (IT)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads contacted.
- Counselling sessions conducted.
- Follow-up and lead conversion rate.
- Number of course enrolments.
- Monthly revenue/admission targets.
- Student satisfaction and onboarding quality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
