Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Ensure buying activities (scheduling, follow up, liaising with Transporter) of all bought out items and IUTN parts. Responsible for maintaining inventory within norms. Key responsibility is to ensure timely availability of material as per plan.Maintain supplier relations.Negotiate and Optimise supplier SLA.Ensure FFR and Other Service levels are achieved.Ensure procurement as per Customer priority (VOR/BDT/Back Order) and monitor and improve its effectiveness.Analyzing daily/weekly shortages and plan action accordingly.Periodic reviews of Parts Bulletins released in the system and arrange serviceable parts as per stocking norms.Ensure 100% Supplier Schedule Adherence/OTIF.Coordinate with SSU and component development (vendor development)



department for resolution of Vendor capacity and capability issues.Coordinate with Customer Care and Product Support Team to work on Non serviceable parts/Alternate Parts/Interchangeable parts and understand requirements through E Catalogue.Reduce Quality PPM of supplier.Implement prepacking with suppliers.SAP Knowledge and Periodic Price Amendments/ UpdationPreferred Industries

- Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelors of TechnologyGeneral Experience
- Diploma (exp - 10 to 15 years)/ BE ( Exp. 5 to 10 Years)Critical Experience
