- Customer Engagement: Making outbound calls, understanding customer needs and preferences, and suggesting appropriate loan products.
- Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with customers and stakeholders, including sales managers, finance officers, and the marketing team.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales quotas.
- Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Tracking sales performance, providing reports, and forecasting future sales.
