Job Summary:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and presenting data in the form of reports and dashboards to support management in decision-making. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and effective management of organizational information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports as required by management.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data from various departments.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets.
- Develop and automate MIS reports using MS Excel and other reporting tools.
- Create dashboards, charts, and presentations for management review.
- Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies for corrective actions.
- Coordinate with different departments for timely collection of information and data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
- Support management in data analysis and business decision-making.




- Assist in process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of data management and reporting techniques.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Additional certification in Advanced Excel, MIS, or Data Analytics will be preferred.

Experience:
- 0-2 Years: MIS
