The Role:
Key Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Deliver end-to-end campus/early careers recruitment with strong advisory support and on time delivery.
- Lead discussions on attraction strategies and align hiring approaches with market insights and business needs.
- Collaborate with leads & managers to strengthen stakeholder relationships through consistent engagement.




- Track recruitment funnel metrics to identify gaps and proactively implement solutions.
- Work with campus recruitment teams to deliver high-quality shortlists through to Assessment Centre completion.

Skills & Requirements:
Key Responsibility (Non-Negotiable):
- Mandatory experience in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) + Early Career Campus Hiring (ECC). Must be open to working from the client site in BKC, Mumbai.

Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience with robust specialization in Campus / Early Careers hiring.
- Strong understanding of talent attraction strategies and early‑career engagement initiatives.
- Proven experience in volume hiring with the ability to manage high-intensity recruitment pipelines efficiently.
- Ability to deliver quality outcomes with strong compliance while working under tight deadlines.
