Key Responsibilities
- Site Inspections & Testing: Conduct daily inspections of civil, structural, and finishing works. Monitor material sampling, concrete mix design trials, and NDT testing.
- Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive records, including material testing checklists, concrete cube registers, rejected material registers, and as-built drawings.
- Non-Conformance Management: Identify deviations from plans, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), investigate root causes, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Quality Plan Implementation: Implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Quality Management Systems.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards during construction.
