A Production Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. They coordinate with different departments, manage production staff, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. The Production Manager also monitors production schedules, controls costs, resolves operational issues, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
