Key Responsibilities
- Handle vehicle and cargo insurance claims from registration to settlement.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and transport teams.
- Collect and verify all required claim documents (FIR, RC, DL, invoice, POD, photos, etc.).
- Track claim progress and ensure timely closure.
- Follow up with insurance companies for approvals and settlements.
- Maintain claim records, MIS reports, and claim dashboards.
- Coordinate with operations, fleet, and finance teams for claim-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company and insurance guidelines.
- Resolve claim-related queries from internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Support insurance policy renewals and maintain policy records.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
