MSD Foods is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of food ingredients, flavours and natural food powders for customers across the food and beverage industry. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to expand our customer base and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new customers in the food, beverage, bakery, confectionery, snacks and processed food industries.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, referrals, exhibitions and industry networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable MSD Foods products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining healthy margins.
- Coordinate with production, quality,



dispatch and management teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Follow up on enquiries, samples, trials, quotations and pending orders.
- Regularly visit customers and prospective clients for business development.
- Maintain an updated customer database and provide regular sales reports.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, new products and customer requirements.
- Develop distributors/dealers where required.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Participate in food ingredient exhibitions, trade fairs and customer meetings.
- Work closely with management to develop new markets and recent product opportunities.
- 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in food ingredients, food colours, food flavours, natural powders or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the food manufacturing industry and B2B sales process.
- Existing network with food manufacturer
