Customer Support Executive - Call & Chat Process

Location: Jaipur
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year in BPO or Customer Support
Salary: ₹19,000-₹21,000 per month
Shift Timings:
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls and chat support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide suitable resolutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or processes.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Update customer interaction details and records in the system.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in BPO, customer service, call centre, or chat support.




- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle calls and chats professionally.
- Comfortable working from the Jaipur office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
