Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily academic and administrative activities.
- Monitor classroom teaching and ensure the effective implementation of academic plans.
- Prepare and manage class schedules, examination schedules, and academic calendars.
- Support and guide teachers in curriculum planning and classroom management.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and academic targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with teachers, students, and parents.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic reports.
- Organize school events, activities, seminars, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Ensure discipline and maintain a positive learning environment.




- Collaborate with the management team to improve academic performance and operational efficiency.
- Handle parent queries and resolve student-related concerns effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or any relevant field.
- B.Ed. will be preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in academic coordination or school administration.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience in reputed schools or educational institutions.
- Strong understanding of academic planning and school operations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
