Work Location

Job Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through phone calls,



WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, webinars, social media, referrals, and inquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and certification programs.
- Explain course curriculum, benefits, fees, enrollment process, and learning outcomes.
- Build trust and maintain solid relationships with prospective students.
- Handle objections professionally and assist students in making informed enrollment decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with admissions, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Participate in sales, communication, and product training sessions.
