Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Review daily accounting transactions, journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring.
- Perform and review bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost analysis activities.
- Monitor financial controls and recommend process improvements where necessary.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure data accuracy.
- Support management by providing financial insights and business performance reports.
- Guide and support junior accounting staff when required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.




- 7+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related functions.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
